This online course is intended for professional Stewards and Messman. It covers the areas of responsibility of a good messman with focus on career development to become a ships cook in the future.

Workplace safety and standard working procedures will be discussed in detail.

Participants are required to attend as well our Online Hygiene training and at least one of our online culinary courses.

Sample cleaning plans and cleaning schedules will be explained by an experienced trainer.
