This short course is intended for professional Chief Cooks interested in preparing and cooking popular main dishes of the Eastern European cuisine.

This course provides knowledge and skills required to cater to Eastern European Officers and Crew. It covers the most popular national dishes and its cooking methods. Menu planning and culinary habits will be discussed in detail. Practical cooking with European Expert Chef will provide additional helpful information and skill formation to the Chief Cook.

It also includes refresher lectures on Stock Management & Administration.

Theoretical and practical hands on training and cooking provide best possible learning result. All course participants will go through final examination.
