This course serves as introduction training for new hires who are assigned to a specific Cruise vessel.

Participants will learn about the ships policies and on board regulations. Attendees will further learn about their role on board and how to communicate within their respective departments.

A guide will be given on personality development and conflict management.

Students will further learn how to handle stress and how to stay motivated while handling a given job on time.
