This course is designed to advance the skills, knowledge and attitudes of Messman and Stewards. It covers competencies in providing mess hall services; perform housekeeping services as well as providing assistance in receiving and storing provision and supplies.

The training is recommended as upgrading course for professional stewards.

This intensive course is compliant to the guidelines set by the Maritime Labor Convention (MLC) 2006.

All course participants will go through final examination.
