This intensive course is intended for ships cooks who are familiar with the basics of the Oceanic reporting system.

The aim of the course is to provide the general framework in which the cooks are expected to be working, the best practices, and what the company is expecting from them.

It builds up on the learning outcome of the entry level training course and will focus on the use of Oceanic administrative reporting system.
