This short course is intended for professional Chief Cooks interested in preparing and cooking popular main dishes of the Russian and Ukrainian Cuisine. This course provides knowledge and skills required to cater to Russian and Ukrainian Officers and Crew. It covers the most popular national dishes and its cooking methods. Menu planning and culinary habits will be discussed in detail.

The course builds up on a two weeks calendar menu for Russian / Ukrainian nationalities.

Practical cooking with Expert Chef will provide additional helpful information and skill formation to the Chief Cook.

Theoretical and practical hands on training and cooking provide best possible learning result. All course participants will go through final examination.
